Meet Lisa Hall

Dear Prospective Client,

I’d like to take a minute of your time to introduce myself. My name is Lisa Hall, and I am a Realtor with Intero Real Estate Services. Intero is the fastest growing real estate company on the West Coast, and has achieved this growth by providing the best possible service for its clients. As a member of the Intero team, I am committed to excellence. I pride myself on “hands on” representation of my clients. Many real estate agents are only interested in getting your property listing, or writing your offer, and then become very hard to find. This is very frustrating for clients – I know, because I’ve had the same experience selling my own home through such a real estate agent before I became a Realtor.

Unlike many other agents, I understand that I work for my clients and need to respond to their needs. When you need to reach me, I answer the phone! Communication is key to a successful transaction in the home buying/home selling process. I pride myself in staying in constant communication with my clients. I stay in contact and guide my clients through their transaction until it has successfully closed. I do not list a home and walk away.

I provide my clients all the advantages Intero offers to market their home to buyers and other Realtors. I display their homes in print ads and also on the Intero international and national web sites. The Intero name is widely recognized for excellence, and I bring that same level of professionalism to my clients’ transactions. Additionally, for clients moving out of my service area, I can also prescreen professional Realtors through the network and recommend a Realtor who can exceed their expectations in their new location.  As a long-time resident of my East Contra Costa service area, I can offer buyers unique insights into the local neighborhoods so as to find the perfect home.
